2026 Summer Analyst Training

On June 22, 2026 we will launch the second edition of our summer training program, developed in cooperation with HKCareers.

📌 Title: KC — AI-Enhanced Investment Process: From Macroeconomic Insight to Security Selection

Building on the success of our 2025 Summer Program, where we trained nearly 100 graduates in the fundamentals of asset management, this new edition explores how generative AI is reshaping the way we invest.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to:

- Top-down and bottom-up investing approaches

- Alternative investments

- Practical applications of Generative AI tools in day-to-day investment workflows

We are strong advocates of the Man + Machine model, where AI tools improve work efficiency, allowing talent and analytical skills to truly shine.
