Davide Alfano
Founder and Managing Partner - Portfolio Manager
Davide is the managing director of Kaleidoscope Capital, an independent advisory firm headquartered in London focused on providing a full range of solution driven services for alternative investments.
An investment professional with 20 years’ experience at top tier asset management companies and boutique firms, Davide has extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions including Italy, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Before founding Kaleidoscope Capital, Davide spent 10 years working for the hedge fund competence centre of Generali Group where, in particular, he set up the London office and was responsible for investments in the equity space.
Previously, Davide worked as equity portfolio manager at Epsilon SGR, an independent boutique focused on proprietary quantitative methods which is now part of Eurizon Capital, one of the largest asset managers in Europe.
Davide holds an MSc Economics and Finance from Warwick Business School and a degree in Economics and Social Science from Bocconi University.
Davide also served as an officer in the Italian Navy and is a keen sailor.
Edoardo Ugolini
Partner - Macro Strategist
Edoardo spent his entire career in the financial and asset management industry in Italy, Switzerland and U.S.
Since 2020 Senior Portfolio Manager at Amaranto Sim as Global Macro Fund Manager, he was previously deputy CIO at Zest SA, Switzerland.
Formerly he was CEO for Intesa Sanpaolo's Alternative Investments Company (Nextra Alternative Investments Sgr), and CEO/CIO at Clessidra Alternative Investments Sgr, managing FOHFs and single manager funds.
Edoardo also held the role of Head of private banking at Epta SIM, and Head of Futures and Options market making and trading at Banca Popolare di Milano. He started his career at JP Morgan as Treasury Officer.
He holds a post graduate finance course gained in New York and International Law degree at Milan University.
Will Roxburgh
Non Executive Director
Will is a real estate and private equity professional with over 10 years’ experience working within the investment markets.
Will heads up the Fund Management Solutions Division of Khepri Group focusing on all aspects of structuring, marketing and portfolio management. Currently Will is responsible for the management of nine funds totalling over £650m AUM.
Prior to founding Khepri Group, Will was Managing Director at MJ Hudson for 10 years, and spent 3 years at Warner Estate, a large real estate investment company where he was responsible for two property funds worth circa £400m. Will is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Holds the Investment Management Certificate, a BSc in business management and a masters in Estate Management.
